The 1590B enclosure is made of sturdy die-cast aluminum and comes shrink-wrapped with four set screws to securely hold the back plate in place.
Buy the Bare Aluminum for a smooth machine finish that is ready for your powder coat, etching, or printed decal. In my opinion, the aluminum machining looks way nicer and more finished than what I used to get from the big suppliers (before I started sourcing my own).
Choose your Powder Coat. Our four powder-coat colors give your designs a head start: The 1590B Powder Coat enclosures come in black, white, red, and blue. The finish is not for perfectionists, and you should expect to see some bubbles or other slight mars. We'd give it a solid 7 out of 10. But, for only a couple bucks more, we think it's a pretty darn good value.
The 1590B enclosure is similar to the Hammond 1590B and 1290. There are LOTS of different pedal enclosures called the 1590B on the Internet. Please check the measurements to make sure you order the enclosure that matches your required specs.
Our 1590B enclosure measures 112 x 61 x 31mm (4.4 x 2.4 x 1.2") and fastens with four screws.
