Same-Day Shipping?!

Place your order before:

5pm EST / 2pm PST Monday–Friday

We are usually closed Saturdays and Sundays. However, if you're in a real pinch, we can possibly send off an emergency shipment. Text us (727-379-4834) to make sure we can accommodate you before you order.

Domestic Shipping

Love My Switches Flat Fee Shipping: USPS, UPS or FedEx -- our choice -- for orders up to 50 lbs. We choose the shipping service, and you pay one easy flat fee! Note: If you want a specific shipping service, you must choose that option at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service. So there's no recourse if packages are delayed.

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 business days guaranteed. If the package is delivered after the guaranteed delivery date, you can apply for a refund of postage paid.

For all USPS Priority services: If your order gets lost or misdelivered, the USPS will provide insurance up to $100. We will cover the rest. You'll have to open a claim with the USPS to get that $100.

USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class Mail): Delivery usually takes less than a week, unless you live out in the middle of nowhere. It's sometimes as fast as Priority. USPS provides coverage up to $100. If the package gets lost or damaged, it's the recipient's responsibility to file for reimbursement. WE PROVIDE NO COVERAGE FOR LOST AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Sorry to be all "yelly" with the caps lock, but you should know that.) If you're worried about stuff getting lost, just pay the extra few bucks for Priority, and we will take on the risk.

UPS Ground: Usually 1–5 business days within the contiguous United States and 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days by end of day. If you want a Saturday delivery UPS charges extra for that not reflected in the cart. You must get in touch with us before noon PST by texting 727-379-4834.

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day. Delivery by noon to most addresses M-F. Check the UPS website for exact times. If you want a Saturday delivery UPS charges extra for that not reflected in the cart. You must get in touch with us before noon PST by texting 727-379-4834.

For all UPS services: All UPS shipments include tracking numbers. If your order gets lost or misdelivered, they will provide insurance up to a certain amount. We will cover the rest. You'll have to open a claim with them to get the first portion. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

All customers outside of the United States are responsible for customs, duties, VAT, and fees. We do not collect any extra money from you. We are not able to answer questions about customs/VATs/fees specific to individual countries. You should go ask on your country's subreddit if you have any questions.

USPS First Class Package International: The cheapest. 1–6 weeks, depending on your location. Please note that there is NO PROTECTION FOR LOST OR DAMAGED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES.

Available for packages under 4lbs. You'll get a tracking number. Use that tracking number on the website of your country's mail service. The USPS website often will not update after a package leaves the USA.

It is rare for packages to go missing when shipping to the UK and Most of Europe, but it does happen. However, much higher rates of missing packages are reported when shipping to Italy, Greece, Mexico, Brazil and countries in Africa, South America and former USSR. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE WILL NOT COVER LOST FIRST CLASS MAIL PACKAGES. ANYWHERE. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE IN THESE COUNTRIES.Sorry to sound so aggressive, but we just want to make sure you understand the risks to using the USPS First Class service. We really, really want you to get your stuff and be happy :)

Returns & Refunds

Don't sweat it. If you need to return an item, not a problem!

We will happily accept returns for any new and unused items within 60 days of purchase. We will give you a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, via in-store credit or your chosen payment method.

If you need to return something because of our error, we will pay for return shipping. That seems fair, right?

Email/text or use the contact page to set up a return. We will respond to your message in a jiffy.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

We do everything we can to ensure safe shipment of your package, but once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for its delivery. That's the carrier's job so please don't get mad at us if it's delayed. We're not the ones flying the planes and driving the trucks and delivering your stuff.

If a package is lost in transit or stolen upon delivery (damn ye porch pirates!) you are responsible for opening up a claim with the carrier. Follow these links to find a missing package or file a claim (USPS Find Missing Mail, FedEx File A Claim).
