Domestic Shipping

Love My Switches Flat Fee Shipping: USPS, UPS or FedEx -- our choice -- for orders up to 50 lbs. We choose the shipping service, and you pay one easy flat fee! Note: If you want a specific shipping service, you must choose that option at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service. So there's no recourse if packages are delayed.

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 business days guaranteed. If the package is delivered after the guaranteed delivery date, you can apply for a refund of postage paid.

For all USPS Priority services: If your order gets lost or misdelivered, the USPS will provide insurance up to $100. We will cover the rest. You'll have to open a claim with the USPS to get that $100.

USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class Mail): For packages up to 15.9oz. Delivery usually takes less than a week, unless you live out in the middle of nowhere. It's sometimes as fast as Priority. NO COVERAGE FOR LOST AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Sorry to be all "yelly" with the caps lock, but you should know that.) If you're worried about stuff getting lost, just pay the extra few bucks for Priority, and we will take on the risk.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery: 1–5 business days, by end of business day (Monday–Friday) within the contiguous United States; 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days. Delivery by 4:30pm to most areas (by 8 pm to residences) Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup and delivery available in many areas for an additional charge. If you want a Saturday delivery you need to get in touch with us first.

FedEx Priority Overnight: Next business day. Delivery by 10:30am to most addresses; by noon, 4:30pm, or 5pm in remote areas; by noon, 1:30pm, or 4:30pm on Saturdays (for Saturdays you need to ask us first as it's an extra charge our website doesn't auto calculate). Call 800-463-3339 to see if Saturday delivery is available to your location.

For all FedEx services: All FedEx shipments include tracking numbers. If your order gets lost or misdelivered, FedEx will provide insurance up to $100. We will cover the rest. You'll have to open a claim with FedEx to get that $100. FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

All customers outside of the United States are responsible for customs, duties, VAT, and fees. We do not collect any extra money from you. And no, we don't know how the mail system in your country works so we can't answer any questions about customs/VATs/fees. You should go ask on your country's subreddit if you have any questions.

First Class Package International: The cheapest. 1–6 weeks, depending on your location.

Available for packages under 4lbs. You'll get a tracking number. Use that tracking number on the website of your mail service. The USPS website will often not update once it leaves the USA.

It is rare for packages to go missing when shipping to the UK and Most of Europe BUT IT DOES HAPPEN. However, much higher rates of missing packages are reported when shipping to Italy, Greece, and countries in Africa and South America. Oh, and any place formerly in the USSR. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE WILL NOT COVER LOST FIRST CLASS MAIL PACKAGES. ANYWHERE. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE IN EITHER OF THESE COUNTRIES.

Priority International: 6–10 business days. Includes a tracking number.

Express Mail International / EMS: The fastest and most secure. 3–5 business days.

Includes a tracking number, delivery confirmation, and insurance. If you have any concerns about shipping internationally using the US Postal Service, this is the shipping service for you!

FedEx Ground (to Canada): 2–7 business days for packages up to 150lbs.

FedEx International Economy: 2–5 business days (2–3 business days to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico) Monday–Friday, with Saturday delivery available in countries where Saturday is a regular business day. For packages up to 150lbs.

FedEx International Priority: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), or next business day to Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Deliveries typically reach major cities in Europe by 10:30am in two business days. Saturday service available in some countries.

FedEx International First: 1, 2, or 3 business days to select postal codes and countries. Read the policies on the FedEx website to find out if this service applies in your area.

For all FedEx services: All FedEx shipments include tracking numbers.

DHL Express: Delivery time depends on your country but to most places it's 2-3 business days. Tracking number included.

Returns & Refunds

Don't sweat it. If you need to return an item, not a problem!

We will happily accept returns for any new and unused items within 60 days of purchase. We will give you a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, via in-store credit or your chosen payment method.

If you need to return something because of our error, we will pay for return shipping. That seems fair, right?

Email/text or use the contact page to set up a return. We will respond to your message in a jiffy.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

We do everything we can to ensure safe shipment of your package, but once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for its delivery. That's the carrier's job so please don't get mad at us if it's delayed. We're not the ones flying the planes and driving the trucks and delivering your stuff.

If a package is lost in transit or stolen upon delivery (damn ye porch pirates!) you are responsible for opening up a claim with the carrier. Follow these links to find a missing package or file a claim (USPS Find Missing Mail, FedEx File A Claim).
