The Mighty Fuzz Explorer Board is an unassembled learning board and prototyping kit to help you explore two different celebrated fuzz circuits (the Fuzz Face and the Tone Bender) in a neat and organized way. Jumper wire spaghetti be damned.
You'd think the pedal world would have hit the limit on how many unique fuzz sounds there can be. Luckily, this kit is here to overturn any such assumption. We guarantee that you will find a sound you've never heard before using this kit.
This kit includes a printed circuit board and core components you need. The rest comes straight from your stash (and your imagination). Just add the capacitors, 16mm potentiometers, and transistors you are most interested in exploring.
Beyond learning the basics, this explorer board is a great way for us fuzz pedal builders to quickly calibrate our circuit before boxing it up. The trim pots make finding the perfect resistor values super-easy!
This unassembled kit is great for builders new to fuzz pedals, but we think adventurous builders and those with some experience will love it, too. That's because this explorer board kit allows you to expand the circuit design by adding modifying elements, stages, and more to any of the 14 test points around this board.
