Description
If the classic fluted MXR knob wore lifts in its shoes, this would be the result. With 15mm of height, this extra-tall MXR style knob towers ever-so-slightly over it's more petite competition, because sometimes you just need a taller knob to better fit your aesthetic.
This fluted knob is larger than, but proportionally similar to, the Dunlop knob Cosmod III ECB071. And, the smooth, slightly rounded points at each fluted edge makes this knob a little closer in style to the large Dunlop guitar pedal knob.
The 19mm black MXR knob features a brass insert and a flat head set screw, for 1/4" smooth shaft potentiometer.
The Specs:
Fluted MXR clone knob
Plastic with indicator
Flat head brass set screw
For 1/4" (6.35mm) smooth shaft potentiometer
15mm (.59") tall
16.5mm (.65") diameter at top of knob
19.4mm (about 3/4") diameter at the skirt
Beginner's Tip: The term "MXR" refers to the aesthetic design of the knob, popularized by the pedal manufacturer MXR. Just because this is an MXR-style knob does not mean it automatically fits on all MXR pedals. The right fit depends on the shaft size of the knob's potentiometer.
